Russell Township has released new photos showing the inside of its new recreation complex, along with views of the grounds. The township expects to take occupancy of the arenas and community hall on Dec. 11, 2026, and the aquatic facility on Feb. 14, 2027. Those are not public opening dates: staff training, testing, inspections and approvals must be completed before residents can use the facilities. Public opening dates have not yet been confirmed.
